We hope that the information you find here will be helpful and that you’ll develop an appreciation for what the Bayanihan Centre has to offer. This website will also provide visitors with a comprehensive overview of the Society, including its objectives, its Board Members and its activities.

The Bayanihan Centre has continued to provide Filipinos living in Singapore a venue to upgrade their skills and personal development since its inauguration in 2001 through the various training programmes held at the Centre.

We believe that the Centre has also helped enhance the understanding and appreciation of both Filipino and Singaporean culture and arts through the different artistic performances and events organized in and out of the Centre.

All these would not have been possible without the generous support of several organizations, particularly the Philippine Embassy in Singapore. We are also greatly appreciative of the continued financial support of the Philippine government, the Singapore government and Ascendas Singapore which has enabled us to maintain the upkeep of the Centre.

I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the enormous contributions made by my dedicated Committee members who have volunteered their most valuable time to serve. Without them the Society, the various activities of the Centre would not have come to fruition.
